On a recent trip to Europe, I took a long layover opportunity to visit my friends at CAC. I did a little biz and went to lunch at this great little gem of a restaurant in Bedminster named “Twofiftytwo”.  The service was friendly, and the organic vegetables were a wonderful addition to the menu. Perfect for me as I’m a vegetarian, unlike my carnivorous lunch-host John Albanese, who clearly enjoys the taste of flesh in his soup. But this is no reflection on Twofiftytwo, which served as a lovely backdrop to our spirited conversation. Our server even surprised us with homemade donuts for dessert — which made the perfect end.
